What creative burnout really looks like

It’s a long conversation but I’ve been thinking about this topic for awhile and felt like sharing. Creative burn outs are so hard. These are the things I’ve noticed really spur it on for me and I’ve been trying to be a lot better at doing things that fill my cup!
