Shipping:

All shipments include tracking which will be emailed to the email you provide at checkout. Please allow 7-10 business days when ordering.

Faith Has Made is no longer responsible for the package as soon as it is received by the USPS facility. Faith Has Made is not responsible for incorrect mailing addresses that are not deliverable to.

Returns/Refunds:

Faith Has Made does not accept returns or exchanges, all sales are final. The customer is responsible for making sure they know their correct size before buying a piece, Faith Has Made is not responsible for incorrect sizing once the piece is in the buyers possession.

If a piece arrives with a defect, you must notify Faith Has Made within three days of the confirmed delivery date. The customer will be expected to email photos of the defect to faithhasmade@gmail.com immediately. Once three days have passed the confirmed delivery date, Faith Has Made is no longer responsible for the item.
