The Yucca Dangles

This earring design has been living in my mind just waiting to be brought to life!! Initially I wanted the accents to curve more, reminiscent of a paisley shape. But as I created the accents I loved the straight edge and now all I can see is a yucca plant! I am obsessed. Now I want to make the bottom fan for the spikes and yucca blossom detailing up top to make the whole plant. I think that would be so cool. For over a year I’ve been trying to figure out how I could make a yucca inspired piece without it being clunky and I think this is it! I can’t wait to make more earrings like this. I’ve missed wearing big earrings and these fit the bill perfectly without being too heavy.
